Melissa Hardham

Melissa Hardham is an experienced professional in the legal and health advocacy sectors, currently serving as a Clinical Governance Committee Member at Orygen since April 2021. As the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Youth Law Programs at WEstjustice since May 2018, and as the Director of Operations at Health Justice Solutions since January 2018, Melissa demonstrates a strong commitment to legal services for youth and health justice initiatives. Previous roles include board memberships at Ngak Min Health, Cape York Girl Academy, DJARRAGUN COLLEGE, and leadership positions such as Health Justice Program Manager at Cape York Partnership and National Indigenous Engagement Manager at Toll Group. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and began a legal career as Principal Lawyer and Board Member at the First Step Program.
