Prior to this, River worked as a Multi-family Investment Sales at McQuaid Commercial Real Estate Brokers from October 2012 to March 2017. River obtained a Washington Real Estate Broker’s License and has pursued education at the University of Washington, CCIM Institute, and Rockwell Institute.
