Crystal Andrus

Crystal Andrus is a seasoned instructional designer and training supervisor with a robust background in developing and implementing training programs across various organizations. Currently serving at Westlake since June 2021 as a Training Supervisor, Crystal previously held roles such as Senior Training Specialist and Instructional Designer at JSC Federal Credit Union. Experience includes leading instructional design initiatives at Weatherford and managing talent development processes for over 5,000 employees at TechnipFMC. Crystal’s expertise encompasses creating diverse instructional materials for both in-person and online training, with a focus on aligning training solutions with organizational learning needs. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, both from the University of Houston.
