Marquita Brass, MBA, COSS, SHRM-CP, has over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and previously as Human Resources Business Partner at Westlake since January 2015, Marquita has developed expertise in HR strategy and operations. Prior roles include Human Resources Coordinator and HR Generalist at Polaris Engineering + Construction and Production Manager/HSE Coordinator at Cintas Corporation.
