Matthew Bryan

Matthew Bryan has extensive experience in operations management within the chemical industry. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations at Westlake since April 2017, Matthew has previously held the role of Plant Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Westlake Chemical from May 1998 to 2017, where responsibilities included serving as Petro 2 Ethylene Unit Manager and Poly 3 Unit Manager, contributing to the construction, commissioning, and start-up of two LLDPE plants. Earlier experience includes the role of Production Engineer at Ameripol Synpol Corp. from June 1996 to May 1998. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from McNeese State University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
