Roger Kearns

Roger Kearns is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the chemicals and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as President and CEO of NOVA Chemicals since June 2023, Kearns has held multiple leadership roles at Westlake, including Chief Operating Officer and EVP for Performance and Essential Materials. Kearns' previous positions include member of the Board of Directors at Global BioDiagnostics Corp. and various executive roles at Solvay, including Member of the Executive Committee and President of Solvay Asia Pacific. Kearns has also contributed as Chairman of the Board at Vinythai Public Company Limited. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Stanford University and degrees in Chemical Engineering and Engineering Arts from Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgetown College, respectively.
