Roman Ryder

Roman Ryder, CFEI, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety management and operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior PSM Specialist at Westlake Chemical since August 2015, Roman Ryder oversees incident investigations and root cause analysis while supporting various Process Safety Management elements. Prior to this role, Roman Ryder worked as an Operations Supervisor at Entergy, managing gas turbine power plant operations and safety programs from October 1999 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes functioning as a Senior Nuclear Plant Operator at Florida Power & Light Company and serving as a Nuclear Plant Supervisor in the US Navy, where Roman Ryder led operations and maintenance of nuclear facilities. Roman Ryder's education includes completion of Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command in 1991.
