Shane Colletta

Shane Colletta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and engineering operations. Since July 2013, Shane has served as Principal Talent Management - Rotational Program Manager at Westlake, overseeing the Engineering Rotational Program and collaborating with managers to facilitate talent placements. Prior roles at Westlake include Production Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising daily activities across multiple power generation and water treatment facilities, and Lead Process Operator, ensuring optimal plant conditions and safe operations. Before Westlake, Shane worked as a Process Operator at Dow in a polyethylene manufacturing facility.
