Tamara Ward Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement across several major organizations. Currently serving as Principal of Learning and Development at Westlake since June 2018, Tamara delivers comprehensive support to a global workforce. Prior roles include positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise where responsibilities encompassed communications, employee engagement, and talent enablement, as well as roles at HP focused on learning strategy and operational support in IT.
