Tom Kanard

Tom Kanard is an experienced manufacturing professional with extensive expertise in operational management within the building products industry. Currently serving as PVC Shift Manager at Westlake Royal Building Products since December 2022, Tom has previously held various managerial roles at Palram Americas, including Shift Manager and Line Manager, from October 2013 to December 2022. Tom began a career in production management at Prime Conduit Inc. as a Production Supervisor, and similarly served in that capacity at Palram Americas prior to that. Tom's early career included a decade-long tenure at Qualex Inc. as a Group Leader. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Business Management from Ashworth College, completed in 2008, and is a graduate of Freedom High School.
