James Hart

James Hart, PMP, is an experienced telecommunications professional and project manager currently serving as a Microwave Transport Engineer at Verizon and an elected official on the City of Westland's City Council. With extensive expertise in leasing, zoning, and permitting for small cell expansion in support of 4G and 5G technology, James has also held significant roles as President of RSM Technical Solutions LLC, Director of Wireless Operations at 123Net, and Project Manager at Integral Blue, among others. James possesses a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, complemented by various project management and technical certifications.
