Joanne Campbell

Joanne Campbell is the Chief Community Officer at City of Westland. Joanne has over 20 years of experience in the housing industry. Joanne previously worked as the Housing Director for the Northville Housing Commission and as a Regional Manager for The Fourmidable Group.

Joanne Campbell earned their masters in public administration from the University of Michigan. Joanne also holds a bachelor of arts in urban studies and Spanish language from Michigan State University.

Joanne Campbell reports to William R. Wild, Mayor. They work with Richard LeBlanc - City Clerk, Vic Barra - Facilities Director, and Aubrey Berman - Chief Business Development Officer.
