Richard LeBlanc

Richard LeBlanc is currently the City Clerk at the City of Westland. Richard previously worked as a State Representative for the State of Michigan from January 2007 to December 2012. Prior to that, they were a part-time Driver Education Instructor at Advanced Driving Academy from January 2002 to December 2010. Richard also worked as a police officer for the Canton Police Department from January 1988 to December 2011. Richard LeBlanc started their career at Ford Motor Company in January 1984 as a Part Submission Warrant Coordinator and left the company in December 1984. Richard then worked at the City of Westland.

Richard LeBlanc has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General from Concordia University Ann Arbor and a BA from Wayne State University.

They work with Mohamed Ayoub - Planning Director, Vic Barra - Facilities Director, and Shannon Ackron - Mayor's Executive Secretary. Their manager is William R. Wild, Mayor.
