Ashley Proudfit

Ashley Proudfit currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Westland Construction, Inc., since October 2021, where responsibilities include administering benefits such as insurance and 401(k) plans, scheduling interviews, and creating offer letters. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Super Chix and as a Shift Manager at Discovery Academy. Additionally, Ashley worked as a Youth Mentor at Great Harvest Bread Co. While pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences from Utah Valley University, Ashley also obtained an Associate of Science in Humanities and Social Sciences.
