Caroline Rumel

Caroline Rumel, CPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse professional background in human resources. Caroline currently holds the position of Senior Director, People & Performance at Westland Insurance Group Ltd., leading talent teams and contributing to the organization's people strategy. Prior to this, Caroline held roles at Colliers International, where they managed HR services and led the implementation of Workday across North America. Caroline has also worked at QuickMobile, iData Research, Dulay Burke Financial Recruitment, and ESSA Technologies, gaining experience in various aspects of HR, recruitment, and administration.

Caroline Rumel, CPHR, SHRM-SCP, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Arts from The University of British Columbia in 2006. Caroline obtained their CPHR certification from CPHR BC & Yukon in 2011 and their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2018.
