Cristina Ionescu, PCP, serves as the HRIS Sustainment Manager at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. since June 2019, where responsibilities include technical leadership and client administration for Ceridian Dayforce HRMS, project leadership for various HR modules, and management of payroll and organizational structure updates. Previously, Cristina held the role of Director of Total Compensation at Impark, overseeing payroll and benefits for a large employee base, and has extensive experience in payroll operations across several organizations including positions as Manager, Payroll Operations and Projects, Payroll Team Lead, and Payroll Administrator. Cristina possesses certifications in Payroll Compliance Practitioner and is pursuing Certified Payroll Manager Certification, alongside a strong educational background in accounting and economical engineering.
