Genevieve Osariemen

Genevieve Osariemen is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Manager of People & Performance at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. since May 2024. Previously, Genevieve held the role of Team Lead, HR Business Partner at HUB International from April 2023 to May 2024 and worked as a Manager, HR Consultant at KPMG Canada between March 2021 and April 2023. Earlier experience includes various positions at Integral Group, ranging from Senior People Advisor to Human Resource Intern, and a role as HR/Payroll Officer at FLSmidth. Genevieve began a career in HR as an HR/Business Support Analyst at Fosad Consulting. Academically, Genevieve earned an MBA with Distinction from Vancouver Island University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Resources Management with First Class Honors from Babcock University.
