Joyce Usher-Mesiano

Joyce Usher-Mesiano has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting in 1986. Joyce held various roles such as Commercial Lines Underwriter, Field Representative, Senior Account Manager, President, and Vice President in companies like Continental Insurance, Phoenix Continental Insurance, GAN Insurance, National Brokers Insurance Services Inc., Monarch Intermediaries Inc., and National Union Insurance Group Inc. Their expertise includes business development, managing general agent services, and providing tailored insurance solutions for organizations and individuals.

Joyce Usher-Mesiano attended Ursuline College Chatham, The Pines from 1977 to 1982. Joyce then studied at U of W from 1982 to 1986. In 1995-1996, they pursued Canadian Risk Management at the University of Toronto. Later, in 2014, they completed the TUCK-WBENC Executive Program sponsored by IBM at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. More recently, from 2016 to 2019, Joyce was at the Ivey Business School at Western University. Additionally, they participated in the QuantumShift Alumni program at the Ivey School.
