Currently serving as a CTO Consultant for Westland Insurance Group Ltd., Paul delivers strategic solutions in Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, AI, and Data Analytics. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at GoFetch, Chief Information Technology Officer at EasyBooks App, and Head of Agile Development at Vancouver Coastal Health. Throughout the career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in data management, integration, and development of complex systems, leading large teams and initiatives at organizations like Provincial Health Services Authority, Cenovus Energy, and Business Objects. Paul founded and led Digital Estate Corporation, building a competitive web startup, and holds a BA Honours degree in Business and Information Technology from Oxford Brookes University.
