Manuel Valdivia

Manuel Valdivia has extensive experience in human resources management. Manuel currently serves as the Human Resources Director at WestLand Engineering & Environmental Services. Before joining WestLand, Manuel worked as the Director of Human Resources at Meridian Contracting, Inc., a general contractor specializing in civil infrastructure projects. Prior to that, they held the position of District Human Resources Manager at PCL Construction, overseeing a team of 780 employees across 12 states. Manuel also worked as a Human Resources Manager at CEMEX, where they successfully transformed the department's performance and customer satisfaction. Manuel started their career as the Human Resources Director at Marlin Mechanical Corporation, where they implemented significant changes to improve employee engagement and diversity.

Manuel Valdivia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Arizona State University. Manuel also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2020.
