Glendon Kemp is a seasoned security management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Previously, from January 2010 to June 2019, Glendon held the position of Security Manager at The Country Club, where responsibilities included multiple roles such as Front Desk and Valet Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance security protocols and operational efficiency. Westminster Canterbury Richmond was the first among Richmond-area retirement communities to earn accreditation by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (now CARF-CCAC), the independent authority that evaluates all aspects of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
