Glendon Kemp

Glendon Kemp is a seasoned security management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Since July 2019, Glendon has served as the Security Manager at Westminster Canterbury Richmond. Previously, from January 2010 to June 2019, Glendon held the position of Security Manager at The Country Club, where responsibilities included multiple roles such as Front Desk and Valet Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance security protocols and operational efficiency. Earlier in Glendon's career, a role as a Licensed Realtor at Weichert, Realtors provided opportunities to excel in property sales, and as Member Services Manager at The Country Club of Virginia, foundational leadership skills were developed. Glendon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from John Tyler Community College.
