Jessica Goldberg is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and service delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as the Courtesy Services Manager at Westminster Canterbury Richmond since January 2020, Jessica oversees a division that provides transportation, concierge, administrative, and retail services. Previously, as the Front End Manager at Twin Cities Co-op Partners, Jessica led operations for a team serving over 1,300 customers daily while focusing on budgeting and staff development. Jessica also managed the Meals On Wheels program at Feed More, serving 700-1000 clients daily and spearheading program development. Additionally, Jessica founded and operated Little House Green Grocery, leading daily operations for the neighborhood market. Education includes a BA in Anthropology and Writing from New York University and an MA in History of Science and Medicine from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Westminster Canterbury Richmond was the first among Richmond-area retirement communities to earn accreditation by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (now CARF-CCAC), the independent authority that evaluates all aspects of a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
