Cory Reyes

Cory Reyes is an experienced horticulturist currently serving as the Grounds and Gardens Coordinator at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge since January 2023 and as the Lead Horticulturist at Pod Farms since September 2022, where the focus is on integrating 3-D printing technology with Ag-Tech to develop scalable indoor hydroponics systems. Previously, Cory held positions as a Cultivation Technician at Mod Sol Cultivation LLC, where hydroponics product testing was conducted, and as a Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, contributing to various projects related to hemp cultivation, essential oil production from herbs, and hydroponics research. Cory gained early experience in retail as a Salesperson at Pet Food Discounters from June 2016 to July 2020. Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Horticulture from Virginia Tech, completed in December 2022.
