Deidra Jane Massie

Deidra Jane Massie has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Deidra Jane is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge since November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Sales and Marketing at Sunrise Senior Living from December 2018 to November 2021 and at Commonwealth Senior Living from March 2016 to November 2018. Deidra Jane also worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Independence - Independent Senior Living from March 2013 to March 2016.

Before transitioning into senior living, Deidra worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Area Business Specialist from September 2002 to March 2013. Deidra Jane began their professional career at Wachovia Bank, NA as a Financial Specialist, Assistant VP from 1993 to 2002.

Furthermore, Deidra has served as a Board Member at The Center since April 2018 and at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute UVA since July 2017, where their term is expected to conclude in June 2023. These experiences demonstrate their commitment to contributing to the organizations' missions and goals.

Deidra Jane Massie attended the University of Virginia from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
