Jesse Hoover

Jesse Hoover is a talent acquisition and retention specialist at Westminster-Canterbury of the Blue Ridge, responsible for coordinating recruitment and retention strategies across the organization since June 2022. Previously, Jesse held various roles at US Foot & Ankle Specialists, including talent acquisition lead, human resources generalist, and talent acquisition specialist, focusing on the full recruitment lifecycle and HR support for the southern region. Earlier experience includes supervising the recreation department at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company and managing operations at Carlisle Sports Emporium. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreation Management from James Madison University, earned in 2016.
