Adam Taylor

Adam Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community safety and service development, currently serving as the Community Safety Manager at Westminster City Council since August 2007. Taylor has successfully led various initiatives, improving collaborative working across sectors and enhancing commissioning systems. Previous roles include Programme Manager for Afghan Evacuee Support and Covid Coordination Centre Manager, where coordination of public health responses and support services was crucial. Taylor’s expertise further extends to positions such as Interim Head of Commissioning for Community Safety and Senior Transformation Lead for the Ukraine Response at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Adam Taylor holds a BSc in Marine Biology from Bangor University and a PGCert in Business Management from Teesside University.
