Gustavo Leite

Gustavo Leite is an experienced Environmental and Licensing Officer at Westminster City Council since September 2008, responsible for enforcing regulations related to public highway issues, waste presentation, street trading, and licensing inspections while acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders, residents, and the Council. Prior to this role, Gustavo served as the Head English Teacher for the Corporate account at Uptime from February 2005 to March 2007, where responsibilities included coordinating and hiring English teachers and delivering immersive language training for businesses. Gustavo holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from London Metropolitan University (2015-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Multivix (2004-2007), with earlier education from Universidade Gama Filho (1995-1997).
