Sisley Hamer

Sisley Hamer is a Senior Project Development Officer at Westminster City Council, where responsibilities include managing careers and employability projects for the City Lions Programme, collaborating with over 50 businesses, local schools, and youth services to deliver impactful initiatives. Previously, Sisley participated in the National Management Trainee program with the Local Government Association, developing skills for local government leadership.
