Joe MacEdo

Joe Macedo has held various roles in the field of human resources over the course of their career. Joe is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Westminster Pet Products since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Meeting Street from September 2017 to October 2021. Before that, they held the position of Director of Benefits, Compensation & HRIS at Providence Community Health Centers from June 2016 to December 2017. Joe also worked as the Benefits, Compensation & HRIS Manager at Providence Equity Partners from June 2015 to June 2016. From March 2010 to June 2015, Joe worked as the Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at LIN Media. Joe started their career as an Employee Benefits Manager at Lifespan from April 2006 to March 2010 and previously worked as a Benefit Systems & HRIS Analyst at Brown University from October 2002 to April 2006.

Joe Macedo earned a BA in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island in 2002. Joe then attended Bryant University, where they obtained an MS in Information Systems from 2004 to 2006, followed by an MBA in Business Administration from 2004 to 2007.
