Dan Poteet

Dan Poteet is the Vice President of Project Management at Westminster Village, Inc. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the IT field and has held various managerial positions during their career.

Poteet started their career as a Business Systems Analyst at Methodist Hospital of Southern California in 1993. Dan then moved to FFF Enterprises where they became the Director of IT in 1996. In 2005, they left FFF Enterprises to join Raetech as a Sales/Senior Project Manager.

In 2008, Poteet joined Lawson Software as a Technical Project Manager. Dan left Lawson Software in 2011 to start their own consulting company, Poteet Consulting. Dan then rejoined the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS in 2014 as their Vice President, Information Technology & Project Management.

Poteet became the Chief Information Officer of both the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS and the San Diego MLS in 2018. Dan held this position until 2021 when they took on their current role as the Vice President of Project Management at Westminster Village, Inc.

Dan Poteet attended Arroyo High School.

They are on a team with Garth Beguin - CFO, Todd D. Armstrong - Vice President of Health Services, and Maeghan Borrego - Vice President of Human Resources and Payroll. Dan Poteet reports to Tom Winkelman, President & CEO.
