Chris Kasper has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Westminster Village since June 2023. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Heritage Operations Group, LLC, including Senior Vice President of Operations from August 2021 to June 2023, Vice President of Operations from April 2018 to August 2021, Regional Director of Operations from July 2014 to April 2018, and Administrator from April 2011 to July 2014. Before joining Heritage Operations Group, Chris worked at Illinois Knights Templar Home as an Assistant Administrator from July 2010 to March 2011 and as a Business Office Manager from August 2004 to July 2010. Chris also has experience with HCR ManorCare, where they served as a Business Office Manager from November 2003 to August 2004, as a Business Office Assistant from January 2003 to November 2003, and as a Certified Dietary Manager from September 2001 to January 2003.

Chris Kasper, BA, LNHA has a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Lincoln College, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Accounting from Parkland College between 2000 and 2003. Chris also holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from the same institution. In addition to their educational background, Chris Kasper has a certification as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
