Amy Field

Amy Field is an experienced fundraising professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Foundations and Major Gifts at Westmont College since September 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Assistant Dean of Development at the Conservatory of Music at the University of the Pacific from December 2021 to September 2022. With a career spanning several positions at the University of the Pacific, including Director of Parent and Special Project Philanthropy and Associate Director of Alumni Engagement, Amy's extensive background in development began as a Career Counselor at Hawaii Pacific University from 1997 to 2001. Amy holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from California State University, Fresno.
