Vintsy Medel

Vintsy Medel, MSW, currently serves as the Resident Director at Westmont College, beginning in July 2023. Previously, Vintsy held the position of MSW Intern at YouthBuild Charter School of California from August 2022 to May 2023, where responsibilities included connecting at-risk students to community resources, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and implementing life skills curriculum. Vintsy's experience also includes roles as an Academic Services Facilitator at Vanguard University of Southern California, Consultant Office Coordinator at Emerald Expositions, and Residential Staff Advocate at The Salvation Army, showcasing a strong commitment to social work and student support. Vintsy holds a Master's degree in Social Work from California Baptist University (2022-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University (2015-2019).
