Steven Harms is a seasoned professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as the Senior Regional Vice President of Operations at Westmont Living, Inc. since May 2022. Prior roles include Senior Executive Director at Milestone Retirement Communities and Executive Director at Senior Resource Group, where Harms also held the title of Regional Sales Director.
