Sarah Robbins

Sarah Robbins is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Westmoreland Intermediate Unit since December 2022, Sarah previously held positions such as Sr. HR Generalist at Lehigh Hanson and Human Resources Business Partner at Baker Hughes, where responsibilities included supporting leadership, managing talent development, and addressing employee relations. Sarah also contributed to team culture and staffing strategies as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target. In addition to HR-focused roles, Sarah has experiences that span customer service and team management, including positions as a Head Lifeguard and Administrative Assistant for a collegiate swim team. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Saint Vincent College and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Francis University.
