Jeffrey is a 30-year veteran of the coal industry and has held numerous operational and corporate positions within management, safety, engineering, processing and production. He began his career in 1987, after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University.
Jeffrey’s operational experience includes longwall mining, continuous haulage and room and pillar mining. Jeffrey is also well versed in all aspects of minedesign, and his management experience includes mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, operating models as well as sourcing and maintenance leadership roles.
Jeffrey completed a Darden School of Business Executive Readiness Program at the University of Virginia and is a certified MineForeman in three states.
