Sibi Ramesh

Sibi Ramesh is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and operations management, currently serving as the Regional Continuous Improvement Team Lead at Wonderbrands since July 2022. Prior to this, Sibi held multiple roles at Chit Chats, including Warehouse and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included team management, procurement operations, and process improvement initiatives that led to significant cost savings. Sibi has also been involved in various leadership positions, such as Vice Chair of IEEE Young Professionals, and has hands-on experience in lean manufacturing and quality control from previous roles at Diageo and Brakes India Private Limited. Sibi holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
