Tim Brewer

Tim Brewer has a diverse work experience in various roles related to manufacturing operations and continuous improvement. Tim is currently working at Wonderbrands as the Director of Manufacturing Operations since January 2023 and previously served as the Director of Continuous Improvement from July 2022 to March 2023. Prior to their role at Wonderbrands, Tim was a Plant Manager at both Wonder Brands Inc. from January to July 2022 and Weston Foods from December 2020 to July 2022. Tim also worked as a Continuous Improvement Consultant at Tim Brewer - Consulting from October 2019 to December 2020 and as an Operations Manager at Colonial Cookies from October 2012 to October 2019. Tim's earlier experience includes roles such as Production Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and QA/HACCP Coordinator at Weston Foods (Canada) Inc. from 2003 to 2012.

Tim Brewer has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2005, they attended GFTC where they studied HACCP. In 2007, they attended Humber College and focused on Leadership Skills for Management. In 2017, they attended the Food Safety Institute in New Orleans and specialized in Hygienic Design. Finally, in 2018, they enrolled in Go Lean Six Sigma to study Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
