Mara Ford

Mara Ford is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of The Westover Fund at Westover School since January 2023. Previously, Mara held the position of Executive Director at the Police Activity League of Waterbury, Inc. from February 2019 to November 2021. Mara's career at the National Rowing Foundation (NRF) spanned from November 2009 to January 2019, during which Mara advanced from Special Events & Director of Operations to Executive Director. Earlier in the career, Mara served as Senior Director of Marketing & Sales at the Women's Basketball Coaches Association from January 1997 to June 2001, overseeing marketing and sales strategies. Mara earned a Masters in Business Administration from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Wisconsin.
