Ben Harper

Ben Harper is an experienced design and management professional currently serving as the Strategic Design Lead at Westpac New Zealand since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ben held leadership positions at Vodafone New Zealand, focusing on customer experience and design, and at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, where responsibilities included managing service design projects and facilitating stakeholder engagements. Ben also oversaw digital operations and corporate partnerships at Hospitality New Zealand and previously held positions at EuroVintage, Maestro, and HIP Group, developing skills in project management, client relations, and team leadership. Ben's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Art History from The University of Auckland.
