Jo Faber

Jo Faber is an experienced professional in agribusiness and research, currently serving as the Head of Insights and Research at Westpac New Zealand since October 2020, after having held the position of Senior Manager Research in the same sector. Previous roles include Senior Agribusiness Manager and Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking, with expertise in hospitality, tourism, and retail trade. Jo has also contributed as an Old Girls Committee Member at Waikato Diocesan School for Girls and as a Farm Management Committee Member at Owl Farm. Prior to Westpac New Zealand, Jo worked as a Commercial Manager at Westpac and an Agribusiness Partner at BNZ, with additional experience in research and business management roles at the University of Waikato and Bank of New Zealand. Jo holds a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Otago and a Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration from The University of Auckland.
