Mike Sussock

Mike Sussock is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Director of Corporate Finance at Westpac New Zealand Limited since May 2014, Mike has previously worked as a contractor for Todd Corporation and held significant roles at Fonterra from February 2005 to July 2013, where key achievements include leading the NZD500 million listing of the Fonterra Shareholders Fund and overseeing important post-launch projects. Prior to Fonterra, Mike accumulated substantial expertise in investment banking at J.P. Morgan from April 1990 to August 2004, managing client relationships and participating in various major financial transactions. Mike holds a Master of Science in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh.
