Paul Jansen

Paul Jansen is an accomplished Programme Manager with extensive experience in leading transformational initiatives across various sectors, including banking and telecommunications. Currently, Paul is with Westpac New Zealand as the Programme Manager for Cards Transformation in the Commercial division. Previously, Paul held key roles at Activate IAM, driving business development and managing key accounts, and at humm group as a Programme Manager for new partnerships. Other significant positions include Programme Manager for various initiatives at ANZ and interim Portfolio Director at Westpac, where Paul oversaw multi-million-dollar projects and improved operational efficiencies. Notable achievements include transforming consumer lending processes at ANZ, enhancing customer experiences, and streamlining branch operations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Auckland.
