Ryan Wiblin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan began their career at HSBC as a Treasury Settlements officer, where they worked until 2002. Following this, they joined HP New Zealand as a Service Desk Team Leader, managing a team and overseeing incident management processes for enterprise-sized clients. In 2007, Ryan joined HSBC again, this time as a Client Services and Technical Integration Manager, providing transactional banking services and consulting on finance and payment processes for large corporations in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2010, they joined Westpac as a Transactional Banking Manager, consulting with customers on implementing effective payables, receivables, and working capital systems. After three years, Ryan transitioned to Citi Bank, where they became the Vice President and NZ Implementation Head for Treasury and Trade Solutions. Ryan led implementation projects until 2016. In 2017, Ryan returned to Westpac New Zealand, starting as a Business Strategy Consultant for the BS11 program. Ryan then progressed to roles such as Senior Manager Business Strategy, Open Banking Delivery Lead, and currently holds the position of Business Lead.

Ryan Wiblin completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from The University of Auckland between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended MRGS, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for that period.
