Tess Keenan

Tess Keenan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience and communications. Currently serving as Senior Manager - Employee Experience at Westpac New Zealand since January 2024, Tess previously held leadership roles at Constellation Brands New Zealand, including Head of Communications for the Asia Pacific and Canada regions. With a strong background at Air New Zealand, Tess contributed in various capacities, such as Manager Employee Experience & Projects and Internal Communications Manager. Earlier career experiences include a role as Internal Communications Manager at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and as a Solicitor at Russell McVeagh, specializing in corporate and employment law. Tess holds a Certificate in Holistic Health & Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and educational qualifications from the University of Otago and the College of Law NZ.
