Tim Beckingsale

Tim Beckingsale is a seasoned professional in human resources and HR systems, currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR Systems at Westpac New Zealand and as a Director at Combobulate Consulting since January 2021. Tim's extensive experience includes roles as HR Digital & Analytics Manager at Air New Zealand from January 2020 to February 2022 and Director at TBSA Consulting for over a decade, where consulting services focused on HR Systems such as PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, and Workday. Tim previously functioned as a Principal Consultant at Oracle and held various analytical and consulting roles in telecommunications and aviation, notably leading the organization-wide implementation of Workday and SuccessFactors at Air New Zealand. Tim holds a Graduate Diploma in Arts with a focus on History from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the same institution.
