Aileen Yan

Aileen Yan is an accomplished professional in the financial services sector with a strong background in strategy and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Lending Strategy at Westpac since November 2019, Aileen leads various strategic initiatives within the Business Lending Line of Business. Prior experience includes co-founding AJ & Co., a distributor of premium face masks in Australia, and working as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture, where significant contributions were made to banking processes and customer data analytics. Aileen also gained experience through internships at Macquarie Group and Taiping Financial Holdings, focusing on equity research and market analysis. Aileen holds dual degrees in Commerce and Economics from UNSW, complemented by further education at The University of Edinburgh.
