Arun Makhija

Arun Makhija is an accomplished Senior Integration Architect with extensive experience in solution design and architecture, particularly in the banking and payment sectors. Currently, at Westpac since February 2015, Arun focuses on enterprise services for the New Payments Platform utilizing ISO20022 standards. Previous roles include Payments Architect at Siam Commercial Bank, Middleware Architect at Maybank, and Integration and Solution Architect at IBM, where Arun led various initiatives to optimize payment systems and integrate solutions across multiple platforms. Educational qualifications include a B Tech in Production Engineering and Management from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
