Edward Foley

Edward Foley has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Head of Risk & Compliance and Chief Operating Officer for Business Bank at Westpac since November 2013. Previous roles include Head of Capital Strategy and Head of Strategy & Operations for Business Banking at Bankwest, where significant contributions included leading the Advanced Basel II accreditation and improving capital allocation performance. Edward also built and managed teams across various operational functions and held leadership positions at Westpac for over 19 years, focusing on business initiatives and distribution strategy. Edward holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie Business School, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology.
