Freya Rogal

Freya Rogal is a Senior Manager of Retention - Mortgages at Westpac, where they currently lead customer acquisition and lifecycle strategies. They previously held several roles at Commonwealth Bank, including Marketing Manager for the Home Loans Portfolio and Manager for Customer Retention. Freya’s career began at ANZ as a Customer Service Representative before moving to Mastercard, where they served as a Program Manager and Team Leader. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Otago between 2007 and 2010.
